Source and binary releases
Salad is available for download as source code as well as binary release. The latest stable version is provided below. Older releases of Salad can be found in the archive.

Although installing salad from sources is easy as pie you might prefer to go for the installation of a pre-compiled binary. We provide you with a handful of packages for different target platforms which are listed below.
Debian/ Ubuntu: salad-0.6.1-linux-x86_64.deb or ppa:chwress/salad
Red Hat/ Fedora/ openSUSE: salad-0.6.1-linux-x86_64.rpm
Generic linux: salad-0.6.1-linux-x86_64.sh
